When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference.
Can I take photographs or videos of the event?
You can click any number of photos at the event. However, you are prohibited to undertake any form of video recording or live streaming of the conference proceedings. In case of such incidents, organizers have the right to escort you out of the venue with no refund being made on your ticket.
How should I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made online by credit card or making cash payment at Dr. Mikel J Harry Six Sigma Management Institute Asia office from 9.00am to 5.00 pm. Please refer the Tickets section for more details.
Are the meals included?
Yes, refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for times.
Can I register at the conference venue?
Yes, you may register onto workshops on site by paying full amount in cash or credit card - Visa/Master only (chequeues & AMEX Cards won't be accepted) and our registration personnel will be happy to help you.
How can I get to the venue?

What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is Lounge / Full Suite.
What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?
Organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel a workshop in case of unforeseen events and will not be liable for any further costs involved in the postponement or cancellation of the event, such as hotel or travel cancellation fees etc. In case of cancellation of the event, the ticket fee will be refunded fully within 90 working days.
What is there's change of speakers or the speaker line up or topics being discussed?
Organizers deserves the right to change the speakers, topics confirmed at the time of publishing or event line up without any prior notice to the attendee. As such, organizers deserve the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to the attendee whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
Will I receive any information from you in the mail?
After the conference, from time to time, you may receive brochures on related topics.
